This thing was laying unfinished (actually about 85% finished) on my hard drive since January. A few days ago I decided I didn't want it to hover above my head forever, so I tweaked it a bit and here it comes. My Skyrim Breton mage Dragonborn.
There still are people who remember Skyrim, right?... Good.

It was meant to be a sample portrait for my never-opened-commissions (maybe someday...), so no real meaning here. I just like painting strong female characters.

I have about like, 7 different pieces that I can't finished on my broken laptop. Getting that shit fixed.

Great piece! I love the rendering, the subtle colours in the hair and skin is gorgeous. All I'd say is that I would have liked to see the highlights in her armour to be bolder and more noticeable. They are there, but just not as bold as they could have been. Also, by maker her look directly at us, I feel it halts the movement of the piece. She seems to be screaming at something and aiming all that emotion towards the left side of the picture, but then looking at us in the middle. My maker her actually look where she's facing, I feel like the direction of emotion would make a much bigger impact. Other than this, I really like this. Your brushstrokes and execution really makes it feel like a finished piece, which I feel is the most important thing. Great job!
