Description
A courier from Detroit - a character from Polish role-playing system Neuroshima. 
It's an entry for a Neuroshima character art contest. I'd never painted any post-apocalyptic pictures before, so I thought it would be a good challenge. Oh, and a deadline. I need some deadlines, or else I just don't finish anything ever.
Dedicated to ~DoodleParrot and *Anyarr, since they're awesome dittos and help me a lot.

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactI love the grit of this picture, if that makes sense. The dirtiness, the filth. The post-apocalyptic feel of this picture is amazing.
She truly looks like a bad ass who will blow your brains out. Yet she still has a softness in her face. Maybe it is those baby blue eyes. Maybe it's the softness of her hair. It's nice and smooth and the curves in it flow very nicely.
You pulled off the perspective shot where the the gun is pointed at the viewer excellently. Guns are very very tricky to draw in my opinion.
I also enjoy the background. It has a few details but nothing to as to distract from the main character. That little bit of a blue sky peeking through brings a shimmer of hope to an otherwise murky future.
I would love to see an expanded version of this.
